The head of the Wagner mercenary organization, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has accused the Russian armed forces of bombing his camps and has announced through his Telegram account “a march for justice” by his organization against the Russian military leadership after accusing the ministry of Defense to bomb their camps. The Kremlin has denied the accusations and has stated that “appropriate measures are being taken”, while the Federal Security Service (the former KGB) has opened a file against Prigozhin for “calling for armed rebellion”. Prigozhin claims to have under control the General Staff of the Russian forces in the city of Rostov, in the south of the country. “We are at the General Staff, 7.30 Moscow time, we control the Rostov military installations, including the airfield,” says Yevgeny Prigozhin, in a video posted on his Telegram account. The governor installed by Russia in the occupied Ukrainian province of Kherson (to the south) has indicated this Friday that the damage caused by the Ukrainian attack on Thursday on the Chongar bridge, which links the province with occupied Crimea, is much more serious than what initially estimated, which, if true, would pose a serious problem for Russian logistics in the region. Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky has announced the formation of a commission “to review all military commissions in all regions of the country.” He has also ordered the immediate dismissal of the head of supplies for the Odessa military region.
