Zack Snyder has announced that he will now make video games. The film director already had interesting ideas for his nascent Rebel Moon franchise. With plans that go well beyond the upcoming two-part movie coming to Netflix later this year. However, during a recent podcast appearance, he gave a clear indication of just how big his ambitions really are. In a conversation with The Nerd Queens, the Justice League director revealed that a Rebel Moon video game based on his long-awaited space epic is in the early stages of development.

“The only thing I’m really having a good time with, and I don’t know if I’m supposed to talk about it, is this RPG we’re doing and it’s literally insane, so immersive, so intense and so huge,” said Zack Snyder. “There’s more on the way, but all I’ll say is that they pitched it to me, because I’ve always wanted to do an RPG, like ‘well, we could do it on this scale, or we could do it on this ridiculous scale.’ And I said: ‘Of course we will do it on a ridiculous scale.’
