XCO Latin by Jackie returns to Puerto Rico together with the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation

The XCO® Latin by Jackie training modality and its creator Jackie Rodriguez return to Puerto Rico after three years to invite the public to participate in a master class to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation of Puerto Rico.

The exclusive event “Muevete y Abraza: XCO® Latin by Jackie Masterclass” will take place on Saturday, August 27, at 8:30 am, at the Nilmarie Santini gym, located in the Department of Recreation and Sports in San Juan.

Registration is now available through at a cost of $20.00 for those who wear orange on the day of the event. For the rest of the public it will cost $25.00. All proceeds will benefit the Foundation.

“I have no words to express how I feel. After three immensely challenging years for everyone, I return to my island with an event to embrace life and give hope to people with multiple sclerosis in Puerto Rico,” said Jackie Rodriguez in a press release.

“XCO® Latin By Jackie is in one of its most important moments as a modality, where our purpose synergizes with quality of life and what better than rewarding it with the privilege of giving,” said the renowned trainer and manager of the modality endorsed by certified organizations, such as AFAA, NASM, ACE and the Department of Recreation and Sports of Puerto Rico.

According to the information provided, “Muevete y Abraza: XCO® Latin by Jackie Masterclass” will exceed the expectations of lovers of body movement with a 90-minute class, led by the creator of the modality, Jackie Rodriguez, who, in addition to motivating, will use modern technological resources to deliver a vibrant visual, tactile and auditory experience.

It is also highlighted that since 2014, XCO® Latin by Jackie represents the entire Latin community in high-caliber international fitness events, including countries such as South Korea, Portugal, Argentina and Mexico, without ruling out national events, such as the SCW® Health and Fitness Business Summit in the United States.

“This modality fuses Latin rhythms with athletic movements or movement patterns in complement with the XCO® Trainers (tools that come from the rehabilitation and prevention) which allow better mobility and performance, while activating the musculoskeletal system and the nervous, muscular and skeletal systems”, the statement explains.
