If you have dreamed of living in the sea, you could have the opportunity to try it in 2025.
On Wednesday, MSC Cruises announced its 116-night 2025 world cruise itinerary, which will sail across 3 oceans.
And it won’t be anywhere near as expensive as the global itinerary from Silversea Cruises, Viking or Azamara.

Instead, the next MSC world cruise will start at $13,200 (12,460 euros) per person. That is, about 114 dollars (107) per person per night.
From early January to April 2025, MSC Magnifica and her globetrotting passengers will sail to 50 destinations in 21 countries and 5 continents.
Throughout this voyage, the ship will call at 22 destinations that have never been on an MSC world cruise itinerary before…
… while spending 7 overnight stays in destinations such as Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and Valparaíso (Chile).
Travelers have the option of starting their trip from one of the 4 ports –Rome, Genoa, Marseille or Barcelona– from January 4 to 7, depending on the city.
From there, the Magnifica will sail to Morocco and Cape Verde before crossing the Atlantic Ocean to spend 10 days in South America.
Here, stops include an overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro and a visit to Ushuaia (Argentina), the southernmost city in South America.
Next, the travelers will sail to the South Pacific for almost 2 weeks…
… for getaways like Moorea, in French Polynesia, and the recognizable Easter Island, in Chile.
From there, after 5 days of non-stop navigation, the ship will begin its 8-day leg in New Zealand and 19 in Australia.
After calling in cities like Auckland (New Zealand) and Adelaide (Australia), the Magnifica will sail to Asia, with calls in places like Singapore and Phuket (Thailand)…
… before spending 7 days crossing the Indian Ocean to see historical destinations such as Aqaba (Jordan), Luxor (Egypt) and the Suez Canal.
After 3 months at sea, the ship will return to Italy for 4 more calls before the 116-night cruise concludes.
At the end of this exhausting long-distance journey, the ship and its passengers will have traveled more than 55,500 kilometers.
Crossing 3 oceans will inevitably mean a total of 57 days at sea with no ports of call.
Luckily, the 294-meter-long ship has services that can entertain travelers of any age, such as bowling, mini golf…
… an outdoor pool and an indoor pool with a retractable roof…
… a 4D cinema, and a theater with 1,200 seats.
To feed the 3,013 guests, the ship has 5 restaurants and 12 bars and lounges.
Let’s hope travelers don’t get bored of this meal after 3 months of sailing.
In recent years, cruise passengers have opted en masse for long departures.
Month-long world cruises have sold out or sold out quickly, according to cruise companies.

And seafaring travelers are rapidly buying homes for an upcoming residential cruise ship that will circumnavigate the globe indefinitely.
