The Department of Defense of the United States has made public the content of the new aid package in arms and defensive material that it is going to send to Ukraine in support of its fight against Russia. Among the devices included, it stands out “port defense equipment”.

Without giving further details, Washington sends these materials to kyiv in full escalation against port infrastructures by Moscow after terminating the cereal agreement this week.

Following the conclusion of the treaty, announced shortly after the Ukrainian attack on the vital bridge linking Crimea with Russia, the Russian army has attacked and bombarded three ceramic ports Ukrainians in the Black Sea, the best known in Odessa.

In addition, and in the same context, it has announced that from this very Thursday, its fleet will treat as “military objective” to any vessel that sails across the Black Sea bound for Ukrainian ports.
