The South Korean Minister of Justice, Han Dong Hoon, lashed out on Monday against a group of ‘youtubers’ who tried to force their way into his home and accused them of being “gangsters”.

His words come a day after five individuals, known for having a channel on the YouTube platform, tried to break into his home in southern Seoul, the capital, on Sunday afternoon.

The five would have tried to open the door before leaving the area almost two minutes later, considering that there was no one in the property. However, both Han and his wife and son were in the apartment, according to information from the Yonhap news agency.

Han has filed a complaint with the Police for trespassing and other related crimes. “Currently there are organizations like Tamsa TV that are dedicated to playing gangsters. Can everything be tolerated if it is done in the name of journalistic coverage?” He warned.
