huawei announced this Monday the availability in Spain of its folding smartphone matte xs 2, a terminal that maintains the book format to offer a size of up to 7.8 inches and a performance boosted by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
After its presentation in April in China and the announcement in May of its arrival in the European market, Huawei has confirmed that Mate Xs 2 is already available in Huawei eStore for 1,999 euros in white, with an offer that includes the ‘smartwatch’ WATCH GT 3 Pro for the same price.
Mate Xs 2 is the latest addition to Huawei’s ‘portfolio’ of foldable devices, in which the new Falcon Wing Hinge double rotation so that it can be folded into a book format, laying completely flat when extended.
It is a light equipment, which weighs 255 grams, a more typical weight of non-folding terminals, according to the company in a statement. Materials such as glass fibers Alreadyaerospace-grade titanium alloys and ultralight high-strength steelwhich also provide greater resistance.
The device has a 7.8-inch True-Chroma folding screen with a resolution of 2,480 x 2,200 pixels, and a folded size of 6.5 inches. Supports up to 120Hz refresh rate, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, as well as up to 240Hz touch sampling rate; while the screen’s anti-reflective Nano Optical Layer helps reduce light reflectivity.
The company has incorporated a 4,600mAh batteryit’s compatible with Huawei SuperCharge 66W distributed charging and it has a graphene liquid cooling system. It also integrates a stereo sound system and works with the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.
Huawei Mate Xs 2’s True-Chroma camera system includes a 50 MP True-Chroma camera, and new functions ‘Mirror Shooting’, which allows users to preview the images to be photographed in real time through the camera’s digital viewfinder on both screens simultaneously.
