Pro-Russian authorities report one dead and more than twenty injured in Makiivka, Donetsk

At least one person has died and 25 have been injured in a bombardment perpetrated this Tuesday by the Ukrainian Armed Forces against the city of Makiivka, in the self-proclaimed Republic of Donetsk (PRD).

The mayor of the city, Vladislav Kliucharov, has indicated that at the moment there is a dead civilian and the wounded have been transferred to different hospitals, according to statements to the TASS news agency.

The DPR leader, Denis Pushilin, has reported through his Telegram channel that the attack took place late in the afternoon against residential areas and a hospital complex.

“At the moment, 25 victims are known, including two injured children aged two and seven,” Pushilin explained, adding that several apartment buildings, hospitals, schools and kindergartens have been damaged.
