The Pokémon Company and developer Game Freak have announced Scarlet Pokemon AND pokemon purple Downloadable content “The hidden treasure of Area Zero”. It will be released in two parts this fall, “Part 1: The Teal Mask”, followed by “Part 2: The Indigo Disc” this winter.

In this new downloadable content, players will leave the Baldia region Scarlet Pokemon AND pokemon purple. In “Part 1: The Teal Mask,” a school trip takes players to the land of Kitagami, where they join an outdoor exploration project conducted jointly between their academy and another school. In “Part 2: The Indigo Disc,” players travel as exchange students to their local academy’s sister school, Blueberry Academy. Although this story is divided into two parts, they come together to tell a connected story.
In “Part 1: The Deal Mask”, players are chosen to participate in an annual school trip with another school. They will be taken to the land of Kitagami, where a huge mountain rises above the land and people live at its base. It is home to peaceful natural expanses with rice fields and apple orchards. The trip coincides with a regular festival in Kitakami Town, so the town is filled with various street vendors and shops. Players will meet new friends and Pokémon as they unravel the mysteries behind the folklore passed down in this land.
In “Part 1: The Teal Mask” and “Part 2: The Indigo Disc,” players will be able to meet more than 230 familiar Pokémon that have been discovered to inhabit other regions, but never appeared.
