On the occasion of the THQ Nordic stream, the sequel to the episode released in 1999 was entitled to a little moment which allowed him to illustrate a little gameplay.
First released in 1999, Outcast got a remake in 2017. Some time later, in 2021 more precisely, a sequel taking place 20 years after the events of the first opus was even announced. But since then, we have been waiting for news. And what better than an event organized by its publisher, THQ Nordic, to remedy this.
A new view on gameplay
When it was first announced, Outcast 2: A New Beginning had a few gameplay elements. Which is also the case today.
Only, obviously, the time that is now granted to us is a little longer and we then see our hero Cutter Slade explore here and there the nooks and crannies of Adelpha, either with his feet or with the help of his jetpack. And it will not be easy, individuals who are just waiting to engage in hostilities will face him. In short, all this is to be found in the trailer here:
The exact release date has yet to be announced. We will therefore settle for a vague one soon. It is expected on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
