“Dukes of Hazzard” star Jon Schneider has announced that his wife, Alicia Allyn, has died.
The actor shared a post on Facebook on Wednesday night, writing: “My beautiful smile is pain free, living with Jesus in his new body.”
Schneider was known to refer to his wife as “My smile.”
Please respect our privacy during this time of grief. Do not ask questions, “continued the message from him. If you have pictures of us and all the love and affection we show each other, please post them below. Finally… hold the ones you love tight and let them know how you feel. We always did.”

Earlier this week, he shared a photo of Alicia on Twitter with the caption: “My hub. My all. My smile”.
The cause of death of the 53-year-old man has not been released. According to multiple reports, Alicia was diagnosed with cancer in 2019.
His condolences read: “Alicia passed away at the age of 53 surrounded by her family when she expired on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.”
“Alicia was a proud mom and a smile to her husband, a filmmaker and music producer since the 1990s. Alicia’s husband, John R. Schneider, whom she called ‘my smile’; her daughter, Jessica Ann Dollard (Danielle Turner) of whom she is very proud; parents, Michael and Linda Marino Allen; brother, Brandi Michael Allen; grandmother, Doris Kruti Marino Alvarado; stepdaughter, Karis Schneider (Justin); granddaughter, Sierra Schneider. Alicia was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fert Sr. and Ruby Allen, Joe Marino.”
She and Schneider got married in 2019.
Schneider played Bo Duke on “Dukes of Hazzard” for seven seasons from 1979 to 1985 and has had a music career since 1981.
