
Those looking to start slaying the Queen of Succubi had to wait longer than expected, as many players logged onto the Diablo 4 beta servers today. Long queue times and error codes prevent jumping into an ARPG.
Today marks the start of an early access beta available to those who pre-ordered the full game or received a code by eating Kentucky Fried Chicken, while next weekend it will be offered to anyone who wants to begin their open beta adventures. .
But there were many players. Login to the server was greeted with long timeouts, error codes, and other issues.

Overwhelmed servers and long wait times lasted well into the afternoon. Official Devil’s Twitter account Commenting on the issues recently, “We are aware of issues impacting Open Beta Early Access, leading to long wait times and server outages. The team is managing the rate of players entering the game until a full resolution is available for connectivity issues.”

Previously, A Blizzard had warned soldiers Wait Timeouts and warned players not to leave the queue after the queue timer expires, even if they get stuck on the waiting screen:
“During the Early Access Beta weekend, users can experience the queue when they log in to Diablo IV. Note that the countdown may end and exceed the duration indicated on the queue timer. Do not leave the queue, as this will reset the queue. Still having the Open Beta Weekend. There are precise timers.”
