The Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) and the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises (Cepyme) have ratified this Thursday the pre-agreement reached between the social agents and the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration on the contribution system of the autonomous.

This confirmation has occurred during the extraordinary committee convened this Thursday by the Business Confederation, after the Ministry and the Association of Self-Employed Workers (ATA) have agreed “the last pending fringes” of the agreement.

The new system establishes a three-year transition period that aims to promote the cultural change that the new regime entails, which will be fully in force in 2032. Until that point is reached, a three-year evaluation of the development of the system will be carried out through dialogue Social.

“In this way, CEOE and Cepyme assume the mandate of the Table of the Toledo Pact that promotes a contribution system for real income based on the principles of sustainability and sufficiency”, the organizations have highlighted through a statement.
