Bombing of civilian infrastructure in Kherson
Ukrainian authorities in Kherson reported that Russia carried out 90 airstrikes in the past 24 hours.
One of the missiles hit a supermarket, one of several civilian infrastructure and homes affected by the bombing. Ukraine claims this is part of a strategy to deprive citizens of jobs and access to basic food and sanitary products.
Consequently, a new wave of refugees is leaving the city. Kherson, which had a population of about 300,000 before the war, now has less than half that number or even less.

“Every manifestation of terror of this kind proves time and time again, to us and to the entire world, that Russia deserves only one thing as a result of all it has done: defeat and a court, fair and legal trials against all Russian murderers and terrorists,” Zelensky said.
Zelensky also referred to the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius.stating that “he is confident that the decisions of the summit can be positive for Ukraine.”
“I spoke to the Prime Minister of Norway. I thanked him for the support given: defense, economic and political. It is very significant! I informed him about my trip yesterday to the front line, to our warriors, about our current defense capabilities. “I explained to him some of our military needs. We also talked about the creation of a coalition of combat aircraft. Another topic of conversation was the upcoming NATO Summit in Vilnius. I thank Norway for their understanding,” the president said.
